Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
• You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
4. Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization and shipping label
5. Package the item securely and ship it back to us

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

Exchanges
